Saturday with the Family
Hello everyone! Today my husband took the family out to the Newport Aquarium, and it was an absolute blast! I put the baby in the carrier and Dave (hubby) pushed the stroller with our son, and our oldest walked. It was very pretty, capturing the attention not only of the children but also the adults with the underwater 'tunnels' that one can walk through. Watching the shark feeding was pretty cool, too. Apparently the sharkray is about as smart as a dog and can be taught hand cues signaling mealtime, ect.
Right now the kiddies are in bed, except the baby who is a nightowl and is sitting in my lap.I've got the portable dishwasher running; Dave got it for me about two months ago, and it beats the hell out of washing dishes by hand three times a day! I love it! He says its loud, but it could be louder than the lawnmower and I wouldn't care! Dave is replacing some bad parts in the toilet tank. I swear it runs all night; we're going to have a sky-high water bill this month.
Once all that is done, he's going to build a fire in our pit outside, and we can sit close. What a great day!
