2 drinks every time Jack tortures someone.

2 drinks every time jack offers his life as a sacrifice.
2 drinks when Jack's flavor of the week dumps him.

1 drink every time someone insults Kim and she gives them that 'hey...' stare.

1 drink every time someone hangs up their phone without some sort of acknowledgement. (bye, see you there, etc)
1 swig every time someone asks for information to be sent to their screen/laptop/cell phone/GPS/etc.
2 drinks every time the ladies at CTU go to the bathroom but only wash their hands or talk on the cell phone.
1 drink every time someone answers their cell phone with just their last name.
1 drink every time someone goes in the bathroom to use a communication device.
1 drink every time you see any character use a computer to do something that is so impossible that they could only do it on TV.
1 drink every time they have to wait for something to download, process through the computer, etc.

1 drink every time someone tells jack they appreciate all that he's done for the country today, but ....
1 drink every time Chloe says, "Leave me alone," or "Don't bother me now."

1 drink every time the CTU chain of command puts unnecessary red tape in the way.

1 drink every time two CTU characters have to balance their work relationship with their tumultuous past.
1 drink every time someone other than Jack defies orders.
2 drinks every time a good or bad person is held hostage and escapes because they were left by 1 or 2 inept guards.
1 drink every time a CTU person is fired because they helped runaway Jack.

1 drink every time a body part has to be taken off.
1 drink when character we thought was fired or dead shows back up.
2 drinks every time the good guys infiltrate a building without backup or only 1-2 people because "there's no time to wait for backup."
2 drinks when the series regular that is slated to die, dies.
3 drinks when they uncover the double agent/spy!

1 drink if the Chicago Cubs coffee cup reappears.
1 drink someone eats.

1 drink every time they refer to the previous seasons that and it is not explained for the newcomers
1 drink every time Jack records a commercial to clarify that we should not discriminate against any given minority/race/religion/nationality/pet/ice cream flavor depicted in the show.
1 drink every time the fat guy gets disrespected.

During the preview for next week's episode:
1 drink every time they say, "You don't know Jack."
1 drink every time they give away what happens in the next episode (making the cliffhanger meaningless).
