Al-Quaeda PR Campaign
In an effort to modernize, Al-Quaeda has started a new PR campaign to attract younger members to the fold.
A high ranking officail from Al-Quaeda, on the condition he remain anonymous, reported,"It is so hard to get young people motivated about anything anymore. It seems that promises of paradise just aren't enough anymore; teenagers want 'cool' things right now."
