Mere hours before the start of Defender of the Motherland Day in Russia, Moscow city officials hustled to remove posters celebrating war vetrans that depicted... the USS Missouri?
Yep, the government contracted the posters, and the company obviously failed to proof the final product.
Its not the first time, either. Last year postcards for the same holiday showed up in Crimea depicting a WWII German T-3 tank and an American M60A.
Its sort of amusing to see we aren't the only ones who pull the occasional gaffe!
